Henri Schmid of North Shore Elite Performance has been serving the Chicago area for over 16 years. His certifications include:
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- Certified High-Performance Exercise Kinesiologist (CHEK L3)
- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI L2)
- Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC)
- Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC)
Henri has also worked with the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, the Berto Center with the Chicago Bulls training staff, the Chicago Blackhawks training center, and with numerous athletes from all sports and levels.

Private and semi-private sessions will help you meet your specific fitness goals. Our staff of highly-trained and caring personal trainers will take your through a detailed assessment to identify your strengths as well as any physical imbalances, limitations or weakness you may have. This will then help us individualize a training and conditioning program to optimize your results. Our trainers specialize in functional movement training for all ages, sport specific training, overall fitness, injury prevention, post-rehab and weight-loss. Junior Fitness Classes
NSEP has a desire to develop each student’s fitness level at an appropriate rate. With this in mind NSEP is offering dynamic fitness classes that are geared for your student based on their age and fitness level. Below are a variety of classes that will be held at CPAC-East and run for multiple week sessions. For further information or to register please contact Joey Drenik. These classes will focus on body awareness, core stability, power development, and tennis-specific speed and agility.
Total Body Training
Total Body Training is a functional based workout that incorporates metabolic resistance training and proper movement mechanics to elicit maximum results in one hour. This group class is offered 9 times per week.
