The
College Park Athletic Club Fitness Center is a complete workout
space dedicated to providing our members with an outstanding fitness
experience. With a full line of fitness classes, cardio and weight
equipment, and some of the best personal trainers in the Chicago
area, the CPAC fitness center is committed to the growth of health
and wellness for our members. This commitment begins as soon as
our members sign-up. Included in every club membership is a full
fitness center orientation as well as a free one hour personal
training session. This is a great way to begin your journey towards
a happier, healthier lifestyle. |
CARDIO
CENTER |
| In
the Cardio center, CPAC members are greeted by a wide variety of
cardio-fitness machines. With a large selection of treadmills, recumbent
and upright bikes, elliptical machines, Stairmasters, and rowing
machines. There is never a lack of options for our members. We do
not have time limits for our machines because we have enough equipment
to meet the needs of our members. |
WEIGHT
CENTER |
| In
the Weight center, a full line of free weights and machines await
our members. Our Magnum weight machines offer a great total body
workout for members of all abilities. The machines are especially
useful for members who are just getting started in a weight training
program. There are clear directions on each machine, and adjustments
can be made easily to accommodate all body types. Above and beyond
the complete machine circuit is a large variety of free weights,
benches, bars, and medicine balls for the more experienced fitness
member. Regardless of your workout experience, CPAC has the facilities
for you. |
