BEGINNING PILATES MAT: A class that is slower paced and focusses on correct alignment, terminology                                      and breathing techniques.
PILTATES MAT: A mat class that incorporates all levels of pilates and requires a greater understanding of                       the fundamentals.
ADVANCED PILATES MAT: This class requires a strong core and precise skills with a focus on advanced                                       variations.

SPIN:
A 45 minutes class designed to push cardiovascular limits and simulate all aspects of outdoor cycling.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: A training system developed by Navy Seals that uses body weight as resistance - the                                                ultimate in functional training.
BOOT CAMP CLASS: A military style class designed around using body weight and simple fitness tools to help achieve                                   peak fitness.

CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED IF THERE ARE TWO OR LESS PARTICIPANTS
PILATES MAT CLASSES ARE LIMTED TO 8 PEOPLE
